BBQ to you is a limited service, limited menu Barbecue Catering Company. We feature grilled and authentic smoked meats, delicious sides and house made salads, all delivered to your special event site.

Our company is new but we are backed with years of experience. Karen Sorensen, owner of Thornager's Catering, has opened this company to provide a casual alternative to the full service catering provided by Thornager's for the past 17 years. Although the menus and prices are different, you can count on the same quality of food and efficiency of service for your next party, family reunion, or casual business dinner.

Our signature item is our Smoky Texas Style Beef Brisket, which we smoke on premise for 14 hours. This tender beef is served up with your choice of one of our signature barbecue sauces. Our delicious sides include Mustard Potato Salad, creamy Dill Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, and Bourbon Baked Beans. The unbelievably low price includes staff and paper goods. Also featured are Carolina Style Pulled Pork, Santa Maria Tri Tips, St. Louis Ribs, and fall-off -the-bone-chicken.

Our service also includes festive buffet lines skirted in denim and red bandanna tablecloths, and seasonal centerpieces. Iced Tea and Lemonade are included also.

We arrive at your event site 1-1&1/2 hours prior to meal time.
